Re-encrypt CAS system is the system which the Operator can use special key according to their demands to re-scramble the broadcasted digital programs which have already been digital scrambled.

The system can not only effectively protect the program supplier and TV station’s benefit, but also fulfill Operator’s special demands by using different key.

This system can be adapted to the Digital TV Operator using GOSPELL CA SYSTEM, and the smartcard should be special smartcard which supports re-encrypt system.
